主讲人简介：
李欣明, 南开大学金融学院副教授，美国联邦储备委员会和银行监管者协会杰出青年学者, 国际期刊《Research in International Business and Finance》银行区主编。曾任世界银行咨询专家，回国后被天津市推选为国家科技部外国专家项目评审专家。受聘于清华大学社科学院“全球化研究中心”研究员、“东北亚金融合作研究中心”天津高校智库研究员以及吉林大学“美国研究所”研究员。参与多项国家重大项目，研究成果被央行、财政部、中财办等职能部门所采纳。其研究领域包括: 银行、公司金融，国际金融，跨国文化等。其论文发表于《Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis》，《Journal of Financial Intermediation》，《Journal of Corporate Finance》《Journal of Financial Stability》等金融学国际期刊。其著作发表于 The Oxford Handbook of Banking (3rd Edn) 。 同时也是Academy of International Business，Midwest Finance Association，Southern Finance Association，Financial Management Association，Eastern Finance Association，Northern Finance Association 等知名金融学、国际商务学国际学术会议委员会成员以及《Journal of Banking and Finance》,《Journal of Business Ethics》, 《Journal of Corporate Finance》, 《Journal of Financial Stability》等众多知名金融学学术期刊匿名评审人。
