主讲人简介：
黄翀，加利福尼亚大学尔湾分校Paul Merage商学院金融学副教授。他在宾夕法尼亚大学获得经济学博士学位。他的研究领域集中于金融市场、公司财务及金融危机。他的研究成果发表于Journal of Finance、Review of Financial Studies、Journal of Financial Economics、Review of Finance及Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis等顶尖金融学期刊，以及Journal of Labor Economics和Journal of Economic Theory等顶尖经济学期刊。
