*特邀点评人简介：
Philip H. Dybvig，2022年诺贝尔经济学奖获得者，圣路易斯华盛顿大学Boatmen's Bancshares银行与金融学教授，以其在金融经济领域最为广泛引用的Diamond-Dybvig [1983]论文而著名。他于1981年获美国耶鲁大学经济学博士学位，先后在美国普林斯顿大学、耶鲁大学、圣路易斯华盛顿大学工作，曾任《The Review of Financial Studies》杂志编辑等学术职务。他已出版了2部教材并在世界顶级财经刊物上发表了35篇以上的文章。他也曾担任政府、组织机构和个人的咨询顾问。
