主讲人简介：
Andrey Malenko是波士顿学院卡罗尔管理学院赛德纳金融系的教授。他的研究领域包括企业投资与融资、公司治理、并购，以及拍卖理论和信息经济学。
他的研究成果发表在众多顶尖学术期刊上，如《美国经济评论》（American Economic Review）、《经济研究评论》（Review of Economic Studies）、《金融学期刊》（Journal of Finance）、《金融经济学期刊》（Journal of Financial Economics）以及《金融研究评论》（The Review of Financial Studies）。他是2020年《金融学期刊》公司金融领域杰出论文的布拉特奖（Brattle Prize）获得者。他同时担任经济政策研究中心（Centre for Economic Policy and Research）的研究员、欧洲公司治理研究院（European Corporate Governance Institute）的研究成员，并在《金融学期刊》（Journal of Finance）、《金融研究评论》（The Review of Financial Studies）以及《企业金融研究评论》（The Review of Corporate Finance Studies）担任副编辑。
