About the speaker：
Dr. Han Ma is an assistant professor at School of Finance, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He obtained his Ph.D. in Finance from Georgia State University in 2020. His research interest focuses on empirical corporate finance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and household finance.
