About the speaker：
Jane (Jingxuan) Chen is an Assistant Professor at the School of Management and Economics, the Chinese University of Hongkong, Shenzhen. She received her Ph.D. degree in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), her Master’s degree in Finance from Renmin University of China, and her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Peking University. She is also a scholar of the Financial Markets Group and the Paul Woolley Centre at LSE. Her main fields of interest are Financial Intermediation, Information Economics, and Asset Pricing. Her current research studies information transmission via communication and trading in financial markets. Her recent works were invited to present at major conferences, such as AFA, EFA, SFS Cavalcade NA, EEA-ESEM, etc.
