About the speaker：
Dr. Yang, Nan is a tenure-track assistant professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He holds a doctorate in Finance from Texas A&M University. His research mainly focuses on empirical corporate finance, with current interest in executive compensation incentive, corporate governance, CSR, and financial institutions. His paper has been published in Journal of Financial Economics. He has also presented at various prestigious conferences, including CICF and
WFA.
