About the speaker:

Leo Liu is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Technology Sydney. He received his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of New South Wales. His research focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship, with his most recent work examining corporate disclosure and the impact and determinants of artificial intelligence (AI) innovation. His research has been published in top-tier academic outlets, including the Journal of Financial Economics, and has been presented at leading conferences such as the AEA, AFA, NBER, SFS Cavalcade North America, EFA, and CICF.
