Speaker: Prof. Pierre Jinghong Liang from Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University

About the speaker:
Professor Pierre Jinghong Liang received his PhD degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from University of Florida in 1998 and has presented his research at various conferences and university workshops. He is a member of AAA and CAPANA.He is an Associate Professor of Accounting at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University. Prof. Liang mainly studies accounting theory and information economics and His latest research focuses on disclosure theory, axiomatic foundations of income measurement, and team monitoring in agencies. He received his PhD degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from University of Florida in 1998 and has presented his research at various conferences and university workshops. He is a member of AAA and CAPANA.
